Email us with what you would like and any design images you require and please include your name and address and telephone number.

We will confirm your order with you including prices and lead times. We will then raise an invoice which will be emailed to you. We use a system called QuickFile. Please check your junk folder for our invoice. The invoice contains our bank details for payment. You can also pay by card if you request this and a payment link can be sent to you on our invoice.

We require a 50% deposit to secure all orders. This gets you a 'make space' in our crafting schedule.

We will contact you to confirm any bespoke artwork and again before delivery with a delivery slot. This is when you will pay the balance of the delivery plus any outstanding delivery charges.
