About Wee Dram Barrel Creations

Founded in 2019, by David Moore who returned to the UK from a life building and working with all kinds of wood aboard luxury yachts.   Fast forward to 2025 and Wee Dram Barrel Creations has now grown into a thriving artisan business with six team members. 

We are often asked where we get our barrels from. the answer is simple - all over Scotland. Many of our barrels are passed their useful life in distilleries. This means we get a range of cask sizes  from 1/4 casks to puncheons . Each barrel has its own unique charring meaning that what we create is also unique. It is the ultimate in sustainability and recycling.
